Smart phones

It absolutely stumps me how much these have taken hold on everyone
Simple things like going for a walk involves day or night the glow of a smart phone on their face... the glow at night is obvious

Let alone walking across a road looking at their phones like life is nothing...

I constantly see people pushing prams or anyone down the street or on the local footpath absolutely glued to their screen like its impregnated like donald trumps sperm on a porn star
Its relentless

Let alone the amount of people using them while driving or sitting at the traffic lights is just crazy

Re: Smart phones

Councils are now placing safety messages on the footpath just prior to pedestrians crossings, due to the punters looking downwards at their phones.

What sort of bloody phone is that ?
Or head office is putting Bruce Lee on the phone lucky ticket machine
$400 bucks to the lucky phone / driver
And some demerit point pineapples

Mind you i was in a truck heading into Melbourne , into the big smoke... probably 20mins before the hwy ends and you end up on the local roads

Bloody... a driver was eating his lunch in a massive tub with both hands off the wheel
The tub could of fed a coach bus full of refugees
I was pretty keen to take some pics and or a video of the idiot while he was driving..
Making sure i got the rego
But i didnt :bad-words:
Hand it into the local Bruce Lee fella
Then only recently the chick eating cereal in perth made the news...

I was in sydney years ago
And this was just a common sight...
Everything and anything

Re: Smart phones

I had a mate that would get dressed and eat a bowl of cereal on the way to school while driving. Not too surprised.

Re: Smart phones

Definition of old: When your phone is smarter than you are.
George Carlin, an American Comedian said; "Think of how stupid the average person is, and realise that half of them are stupider than that".
