Theatre room

We have been creating a theatre room of late. 75" tv and we purchased two electric powered 3 seat recliners with the middle seat folding down to act as a centre tray, it has usb points cup holders etc. ... During assembly I noticed that one of the plastic trays had a scratch/ crack and all of the cup holders had a white powder left in it probably from manufacture.

Contacted the company yesterday , told them what had happened and they asked for photos etc. Called in today and asked them what happens now. . They offered an exchange or compensation if we kept them. How much I asked? $500 per chair. $ 1000 all up. So it is true..... I can be bought :D

Re: Theatre room

Nice... I've got a 65" curved tv in a reasonable sized room... that's big enough.
