Does anyone know what Narrendera is like?? I think that's how its spelt, its down near the Vic/NSW border.

I've passed through it a number of times and stopped for a feed or a beer. Pretty quiet place. Not very big. A few really nice old buildings. Typical small Australian country town.

Narrandera is fine, no better or worse than the usual aging and declining population town but it's a nice spot with good fishing!

I'll be stopping in for a night in Feb on my way to the Sunshine Coast. The dogs get feral if they're in the car too long so we're planning on doing the drive over 4 days.
