Back on topic..... I've heard of the cop in Marysville giving 4bys grief before for mud over rear lights. I did hear he also ticketed someone for dust on the rear number plate, making it illegible. And dont get me started on the fat little Nazi at Woods Point. total tosser, wears his gun on his hip ...

You could try AXT Turbo in Dandenong, I think they get their own manifolds cast that flow a bit better than stock. No doubt would be cheaper than Nissan.
maybe try them.

Had a similar issue, winch (9.5xp) was weak as, slow, then stopped working altogether, but solonoids would click on and off OK, earths etc and power leads, battery all fine.
Turned out motor brushes had corroded and siezed in their holder/sliders, contact gap grew until no contact at all with stator.

i'm sure the issue with shops not wanting to lift a car 6" is not a warranty concern. Its more one of when the roads auth/police come knocking on their door cos you've killed yourself/someone else because (no matter what you say) your 6" lifted/35" tyred truck handles so badly and you...

Yeah, its constant awd. We are thinking of getting a freewheeling hub kit/Marks etc.

No it doesnt have a double cardan joint, just a uni at each end.

I will drop the front tailshaft and allign the uni's (will mark the current location of the slip joint first) and see if that helps.

Tailshaft allignment

On a 100 series (1998 Auto Petrol etc) we have a wierd vibration/rumble like a harmonic vibration at about 90k's in overdrive. All was checked out, appeared to be the transfercase, looked like it may have been an output shaft bearing. Transfer was changed, vibration/noise still there. Bugger. Have n...

If you know where and when you gotta go, they cant be beat. Clean, professional, and on time. About 20% over the cost of a dirty stinky erratic arab cab. But worth every cent.

1. Jack up shed.
2. Dig out floor.
3. Move to house with bigger shed.
4. I'll send my fat sister around to sit in your car. You'll have to feed her regularly though.
