Re: Jeep Cherokee KJ Sport TD 2.8, any good?

I've got a 05 model and I love it. always been a Toyota man but needed for work a SWB 4 door TD with a "proper" 4WD system. Picked up mine for $10k Auto with 89,000 on it. All the gurus reccomend a Provent catch can and some type of lift (I went ARB) Havn't had any major issues so happy wi...

How do you cart your bikes around?

What do you use? I've got a 8X5 trailer that carries 3 full size bikes and a tow bar hitch one that will carry one bike. Thought about a dedicated bike trailer but being a tightarse I couldn't justify have two trailers. Anyone got any good setups that you wish to share. Esp' interested in bike/campi...

Re: Drz's on sale $7490 ride away ...

I've had XR650Rs, XR600, WR450 and onto the DRZ. It's a great bike. Bugger all maintainence, is adaptable for alot of different terrians. I'll whack on a 13 tooth front sprocket for single track or 15 tooth for ADV touring. love it.

It's a bit like a water cooled XR400.

Re: Will Engels work on 24v ?

What model engel is it? Sorry, should have said that before. It's a 32l fridge/freezer 12/240v number. Model MT35FP. I just looked at the Engel website and it says it can run on 12, 24 and 240v, but the plug still says 12v only. Does this mean I may have to get a 24v lead? http://www.engelaustralia...

Will Engels work on 24v ?

As per the topic. I am thinking of putting the fridge into my work truck but after making room I realised that the ciggy socket is 24v. My phone charger and GPS seem to work OK but I'm a bit suss about the fridge. I know it says 12v on the plug but can it run happily on 24v?

Cheers,
VB

MK Triton Rear passenger side door. Where to get 1.

About 4 weeks ago a 80yo farmer backed into my ute while picking up some grain. The corner of his tray punched a hole through the skin of the door. Thankfully only the door need replacing. Problem is I can't find a white door bloody anywhere. I've rung wreckers from Dubbo to Sydney every week but no...

Whats the relationship between candlepower and watts. I'm looking at a trade tool catalouge and they have some of those dodgy (maybe) rechargable handheld spotlights. One is 5 million candlepower for $59.

I just want to know how bright is 5mill CP?

It's for the XR. The plastics are pretty scratched up and I'll get some news ones down the track so I've got nothing to lose and if it works then thats good but if it doesn't then no harm done. They are already painted on white plastic. The 'Yanks use a product but I can't remember the name. It's so...
