Re: 80 series, aisin hubs, longfields, part time kit etc

There is only one style aisin FWH, you need to either get part time 80 cv's or regroove and shorten the full time c/v's.

Putting a spacer between the hub gear and circlip does not work.

Re: replacing radius arm -chassis bushes

Genuine toyota, every time, the bushes arnt cheep but they flex more the nolathane and there is plenty of 80s out there with over 500,000 on the original bushes.

If you want to save money, use nissan GQ at the diff end, they fit and are $25ea cheeper than the toyota.

I prefer band saws like https://www.machineryhouse.com.au/B006 I think they are too slow for anything other than large sections, they also have a tendency to wander off angle if you try and cut at anything other than the lowest speeds. If going cheap you will definately get better cuts from a cheap...

You use your stock chassis cross member bolts, use the standard transmission mounts on the t-cases and we supply counter sink screws for the mounts to keep it smooth to help slide.

Nitro don't do a 8" reverse cut in a 4.3:1 The have only just released the 8" 4.3:1 in the low pinion. For some reason the toyota trucks didn't come out with 4.3:1 so no one did them. There are plenty on jap after market one out there though. Should be able to get them for around the $400...
