7075. Depends on heim size. I run 2" with 1.25" heims and 1.75" with 7/8 heims

when mine was a mormal car i had 2" sus lift and 2" body and could run 35s.

very stand up and tippy cars but shit loads of fun! Stock 80s fronts should give you a 4" lift.

a stainless snorkel will let no more water in than a forward facing ram head. air boxes will have a small drain hole for the water to trickle out of. have a look at a few factory boxes and see what you can adapt. should have something so when its running itll suck closed then turn car off itll drain...

dont get a ball style one. if your on your side the ball will float not block it off. you want like a diaphragm style one so when the pressure in the tank builds itll unseat and purge

have had several ARB bars and all fitted cheapo winches. asked the guys there and they said theyre not designed around a warn winch.
They use a generic winch mount pattern.

id look at running 1.75 with the 7/8 heims. i used to run 1.5 and did split one along the thread. that little extra meat wont be much weight

7075 alloy will flex but wont stay bent.

bundy is equal size for uppers and lowers. and only ever bent one 7/8 heim from a big hit.
buggy is 2" with 1.25 heims uppers and lowers

Year don't understand the crazy costs. And that's why the wholesale conversion is crazy expensive! But I don't think the adapting is the hard part. They still have to control it and then package it do its "kit" compatible. They said the transfer mounts etc are all the same and the interior...

Twin turbo won't fit without them being top mounted or remote mounted.
Wholesale trans quoted me $22k with brand new box. And its only a 4 speed td100 auto.
Thought the 200 auto woulda been easier. If love an auto in my ute but big $$$

compliant internal and a what ever exo is the go. if you dint the exo just chop out the bit and replace.
nb is much cheaper. min spec cds bends very easy
