Overkill did my SAS on my old Surf but I can answer a bit for you..
Your steering box stays where it is (but advisable to strengthen the chassis as mine and a mates both cracked around the bolt tubes) using cross over steer.
I had fabbed front spring mounts which where the same as a standard lux mount - except a standard lux spring mount I think also incorperates a body mount.
The rear of the front spring used a "normal" shackle mount under the chassis which was the same as a longer shackle in a standard lux as they bolt through the chassis with a anti-crush tube.
I had standard height springs -no lift- which equalled a 4" lift in the rear coils (mine was a 94 Surf).
Hope that helps a bit,
Alec |
